Terms & Conditions
The basis on which we provide this website and our services. Last updated 27 July 2026.
1. Who we are
Dziko Digital is a company registered in Malawi (company registration number BRN-R6SPPEDL), operating from Blantyre, Malawi. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Dziko Digital. "You" means the person or organisation using this website or engaging our services.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By using dziko.digital you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
3. What this website is
This website describes what we do. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice. Any figures we publish, including target percentages or estimated hours saved, describe what we aim for and what we have seen in past work. They are not promises about what your business will achieve.
4. How work is agreed
Services are provided under a separate written agreement or quotation, not under these terms alone. Before any project starts we set out the scope, the price and what you will receive. First projects are fixed-scope, so the price is agreed before work begins. If the scope changes, we agree the change and any additional cost in writing before continuing.
5. Free audits
We offer a free audit session. It places no obligation on either side and creates no contract. Any recommendation we make during it is given in good faith, based on the information available at the time.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedule and currency are set out in your quotation. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving you notice.
7. What we need from you
Automation work depends on access. You agree to provide timely access to the systems, accounts and information a project requires, and to ensure you have the right to grant that access. Delays in providing access will move delivery dates. You remain responsible for your own accounts, licences and subscriptions with third-party providers.
8. Third-party services
Our work connects tools you already use, such as CRM, email, spreadsheet and automation platforms, together with AI providers. Those services are controlled by their providers, not by us. Their pricing, features, availability and terms can change, and such changes can affect how an automation behaves.
We will tell you where a dependency exists and design sensible fallbacks where we can. We are not responsible for a third party changing, restricting or withdrawing its service. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms.
9. AI-generated output
Where a system we build uses an AI model, its output is generated automatically and can be inaccurate. We design human review points where the stakes call for it, and we will tell you where we have done so. You remain responsible for how AI-generated content is used in your business and for maintaining any review steps we agree.
10. Ownership and handover
On full payment, you own the configurations, automations and documentation built specifically for you. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your system.
We do not lock clients in. Documentation is handed over so you can maintain the work in-house or move it to another provider.
11. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the project. This does not apply to information that is already public, that we hold independently, or that we are required to disclose by law.
12. Warranties and limits
We will carry out our services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that any system will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Automations depend on services we do not control.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud. Subject to that:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity; and
- our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project.
14. Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice as set out in the relevant agreement. If work ends early, you pay for work properly carried out up to that point. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including confidentiality, ownership and liability, survive the end of an engagement.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi, and the courts of Malawi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We would always rather resolve a problem by talking first.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms can go to info@dziko.digital or +265 882 092 624, or by post to Dziko Digital, Blantyre, Malawi.
